Simple usage example:

.\CSVFileDetailsExtractor.exe C:\temp\FolderWithCSVs

Key features:

• Outputs wherever you run the tool from the following CSV: .\Output.csv
• .\Output.csv will have the following headers: Header Row,First Line,Last Line,File Size(KB),Row Count,Full File Path
• .NET 6 project so it's cross platform!
