Process Description
In this document you will describe what process and tools you used to develop the software, focusing on each activity first, and, then, on the whole process. You will describe what worked well, what did not work, and what could be improved. You will also focus on reflecting on your team and communication during the project. This document must be posted on your wiki.
How does the process you follow permit to improve the quality of the product you will deliver？
其实主要的方式还是通过不断的学习不断的试验，以及想师兄师姐请教和向一些学的很好的同学问询。
We use scrum methodology to manage our developing. Dividing requirements into small parts and one week sprint for a visible demo make us find our problems in requirements and coding more quickly. It makes us adjust our work towards the right direction.

对于app的整个策划我们小组知道自己要什么也知道每个步骤应该做什么，所以需求分析写起来比较顺利

由于对安卓的编程不是很熟悉，所以实施起来比较困难。

需要改进的地方有很多，最主要的是加强基础练习和对安卓编程的理解和学习。

还是会出现一些游戏的bug，解决起来有点困难。

想到新的点子或是某个功能不是很完善我们组都会对它进行进一步的改进

从容对待，认真改进。

整个团队的气氛很融洽，有的成员不太会会的成员就认真的教，对于一些软件的安装以及编程的困难，都一起探讨。

对游戏的一些功能或是图片的使用方面，每个人都有自己的见解
What could be improved?
还是需要更多的沟通，以及对孩子的了解

有自己的想法就会直接提出，不会造成不必要的误会。

工作的时候太专心了，所以有的时候没有做好沟通工作

还是需要更多的理解和包容。

What did not work well?
sdk更新的 问题不太好解决，按照常规的解决方式不行，就下载了翻墙软件才解决，浪费了很多时间。
What could be improved?
需要更多的学习和练习，平时的时候应该多加强各方面的专业知识，做课程设计的时候就不会太抓狂。
