Are you using AndroidIDE in an emulator? If not, then, unless you have a x86_64 CPU, you have installed the wrong version of AndroidIDE. Check the architecture of your CPU, then download AndroidIDE for that CPU architecture. You'll have to reinstall.

You can use CPU-Z to check your device's CPU arch. The following architectures are supported by AndroidIDE:

• arm64-v8a - 64-bit ARM
• armeabi-v7a - 32-bit ARM
• x86_64 - 64-bit version of x86 (mostly used in PCs).
