Added

  • zoo stats — per-session / per-model token usage and cache hit rates, persisted through sync meta.json and reindex; zoo stats --backfill for existing sessions

Fixed

  • Token usage deduplicated by message.id — total_tokens no longer counts multi-block assistant messages once per block

Upgrade note: run zoo stats --backfill once to compute usage for existing sessions. The dedup fix shrinks total_tokens for most sessions, so the next zoo import marks them for a one-time re-sync.
