Emmmmm... Good idea but... Currently there is nobody else contributing to the source code... Very sad. It's only me working on it. |

Honestly, that makes the feature request even more meaningful. 😄
Every open-source project starts somewhere, and having only one person
maintaining the code today doesn't mean it will always be that way.
A contributors section could also evolve as the community grows. Even if
there are no contributors right now, it could eventually recognize people
who help with documentation, translations, testing, bug reports, design,
discussions, and code — not just source-code contributions.
AnduinOS is already an interesting project. Maybe making it easier for
people to see how they can contribute could be one small step toward
building that community.
So, instead of a “contributors” section right now, perhaps it could be a
“Community & Contributors” section that starts with you and grows over
time. 🚀
Keep going every community has to start with someone even the creator of
Linux started developing it alone look at Linux now it have millions of
contributaries and half of the world depend on it so I hope one day
AnduinOS open new doors for beginners

Haha, I’m honored to be considered a contributor! 😄
I completely agree that having proper contribution documentation would make
a big difference. A clear guide explaining the project structure,
development environment, coding workflow, testing process, and how to
submit a pull request would make it much easier for newcomers to get
involved.
It could also be helpful to have a small *“Good First Issue”* or *“Help
Wanted”* section so people who are new to AnduinOS can immediately see
where they can start.
Even contributors who don't modify the core code could help with
documentation, testing, translations, bug reports, website improvements,
and community discussions.
I think that could be a really good foundation for gradually turning
AnduinOS from a project maintained by one person into a community-driven
project.
And honestly, I’d be happy to help test the contribution workflow or
documentation once you start putting it together!

Thank you so much for your encouraging words! Indeed, if everyone
participating in the discussion is considered a contributor, there are
quite a few who qualify—especially you, haha! I’ll start thinking about how
to reasonably design this layout. Seriously, regarding the "Contribute"
button, I definitely need to create some documentation to guide
contributors on how to correctly modify AnduinOS's code.

I’d like to suggest adding a dedicated Contributors section to the AnduinOS website.
Why?
AnduinOS is an open-source project, and highlighting the people who contribute to it could help build a stronger and more welcoming community.
A contributors section could:
👥 Recognize developers, designers, testers, translators, documentation writers, and other contributors
❤️ Give contributors visible credit for their work
🌱 Encourage new people to participate in the project
🤝 Help create a stronger sense of community around AnduinOS
🚀 Make the project feel more open and community-driven
⭐ Motivate contributors by publicly showcasing their contributions
Possible Design
The section could display contributor avatars in a clean grid or card layout, with information such as:
Avatar → Name → GitHub profile → Contribution type
It could also include a small “Become a Contributor” button linking to the project's contribution guidelines.
For example:
Contributors
AnduinOS is built with the help of people from the community.
[Contributor avatars]
Want to contribute to AnduinOS? → Start contributing
I think this would be a relatively simple website improvement with a potentially significant impact on community engagement, contributor recognition, and project growth.
Would the maintainers consider adding something like this to the website?
