What's new

• Transparent progress bar colors — set any color to 0% to make it transparent, allowing the book text to show through. Enables layouts like fill-only bars, tick-only overlays, or invisible backgrounds.
• Swipe pagination in font picker — swipe left/right or up/down to page through fonts.
• Fix: accidental dialog transparency — prevented the hold-to-alpha gesture from making the format dialog or spinners semi-transparent during rapid tapping.
• Improved error handling — errors now show a single dialog with Dismiss (keep reading, re-enables on page turn) or Restart KOReader. No more stacking error dialogs.
