Progress bars: inline %bar parity and a simpler colour menu

Inline %bar lines now have the same options as the full-width progress bars:

• Bar style menu in the line editor. Tap Bar style… next to + Progress bar to set type (chapter / book), chapter tick depth, style (bordered, solid, rounded, metro, wave, radial, radial hollow, pacman), fill direction (including right-to-left), thickness (separate read and unread), and custom colours per inline bar.
• Reverse fill direction is the headline new option, useful for symmetric layouts where a right-justified bar should drain from the right.
• Asymmetric thickness (Kobo-style: thicker read side, thinner unread track) is available per inline bar too.

The colour menu got a tidy:

• Read color → Progress bar colour and Unread color → Progress bar track colour. The metro-specific Metro read color and Metro track color rows are gone. The metro style now uses the same two fields as every other style. Existing presets are migrated automatically.
• Transparent option restored for the track colour. 0% is solid white as before; tap Transparent for no fill. Closes #43.
• Per-line custom colours sub-menu now has the full set of colour rows, matching the per-bar menu.

Preset-level "Progress bar colors and tick marks" menu is removed:

• Bar appearance now lives entirely per-bar (full-width: Bar settings → Bar N → Custom colors and tick marks) and per-line (inline: line editor → Bar style → Custom colours). One mental model, no preset-level cascade.
• Existing presets migrate on first launch. Your customisations are copied from the old preset-level globals into each enabled bar's per-bar settings.
