[Bug] having 1.21.6 selected at the launcher will stop it from working

Describe the bug

Once a version is downloaded it’ll crash to the Home Screen happens on LiveContainer and the app directly side loaded with AltStore

Steps To Reproduce

1: Start Amethyst
2: Sign in
3: see that (default) is selected
At the bottom
4: try to launch a different version
5: Crash

Expected Behavior

The game should launch 1.21.6+

Platform

- Device model: IPhone 12 Pro
- iOS version: 18.5
- Amethyst version: 1.0 development(main/cc1d97d)

Anything else?

Happens when 1.21.6+ is selected or latest release since that selects the latest release
