Added "backup" system in the event the app crashes or closes unexpectedly (prompts restore files on startup). Also added dialog when closing window with mods loaded. Moved mod switch logic into separate class for maintainability.

The provided .zip contains all dependencies (fully self contained) so no need to install .NET (I assume...)
