Fix Danbooru's sensitive rating showing as General (2.3.1)

• Add a Sensitive rating between General and Questionable (Danbooru, Gelbooru).
• Danbooru's s means sensitive: it is no longer read as safe, and General
  searches send rating:g instead of rating:safe, which Danbooru treats
  as sensitive.
• Each website gets its own rating search values; one is sent only when the
  chosen ratings come down to one there.
• Favorites, hidden posts, downloads, and resumed feeds saved before now read
  Danbooru's old safe as sensitive.
• Rating filters saved before now gain Sensitive only when they kept both
  General and Questionable, so General only stays general alone.
• Booru Shorts' No explicit keeps sensitive videos; Safe only drops them.
• The ratings sheet lists Sensitive and scrolls; sensitive tiles get a yellow border.

Built from 47927b0. Install the uncensored APK (*-uncensored.apk). The debug APK is for testing and cannot update the uncensored one.
