• Publishes the DevCat CLI as devcat-cli on npm.
• Exposes both devcat and devcat-cli binaries, both pointing to the same CLI.
• Keeps manifest-only sync via device authorization and OS keychain token storage.
• devcat-cli@0.1.0 was deprecated because it lacked the devcat-cli bin alias needed for npx devcat-cli ....
