Fixes

• Commands now work while holding modifier keys.
• Mounting now cancels shapeshift forms when the 'autoUnshift' cvar is enabled.
• Enabled limited pet summoning in combat. Cannot summon a random pet while in combat, so the most recently summoned pet will be toggled instead.
