Creating an Azure storage endpoint

  • Step 1: sign into Azure using your gatech email
  • Step 2: go to subscriptions and active your "Azure for Students" free subscription
  • Step 3: go to the main portal page (https://portal.azure.com/#home) and click on storage accounts
  • Step 4: follow the steps to create a storage account
  • Step 5: On the left sidebar, click on Access Keys
  • Step 6: Use the connection string when the MFT client prompts you to
