v0.3.0 — Media + CMS bridges, whole-site visual coverage

Two new cloud bridges so Claude can see your images and Data Collections, whole-site visual coverage, and a correctness fix for cross-page layout attribution.

Added

• 🖼 Media bridge (npm run wix:media) — surfaces the cloud Media Manager (folders + files, each with a ready-to-use Velo .src) into committed wix-media.md/.json. Zero-auth code scan always runs; a read-only Wix API key lists the whole Media Manager. See docs/MEDIA.md.
• 🗄 CMS bridge (npm run wix:cms) — lists every Data Collection + field schema (keys, types, references) into wix-cms.md/.json with a paste-ready wixData.query(), so queries hit real field keys. Needs a Wix API key (Manage Data Collections). See docs/CMS.md.
• 🎨 Whole-site visual coverage — scan multiple pages in one run (--url A --url B) into a backward-compatible v2 wix-visual.json; old v1 files still load.

Fixed

• Cross-page layout leak (correctness) — the visual merge keyed geometry by bare nickname, so one page's layout/text leaked onto same-named elements (#text1, etc.) on every other page. The merge is now fingerprint-scoped: each scan is attributed to exactly one page; shared header/footer/menu elements still merge across pages.
• Media bridge hardening — guarded decodeURIComponent crash, URL-encoded .src filenames, hyphenated CDN hosts, templated-URL false positives.
