Desktop Auto Profile, or "Set profile when active applications do NOT have focus"

Describe the solution you'd like

I'm hoping for a feature similar to Steam's desktop controller configuration. If an application has focus that is set for an auto profile, then the profile is set as usual. However, if none of these applications have focus, the desktop profile is set. Essentially I'd like a way to use my gamepad as a mouse while I'm tabbed away from my game.

Sorry if this has been requested before or is already possible through means I haven't discovered. I searched briefly but came up short.

Just set a default AutoProfile for your gamepad. (You can find it settings)
