Rebrand to Confluence and add system messages

Rename the product from AntiSnipe MultiChat to Confluence across the app (package.json, README, index.html, TitleBar, auth success page, custom protocol) and add new assets (banner and icon).

Introduce a buildSystemMessage helper and wire system messages into PlatformManager, TwitchService and YouTubeService to notify users about connects/reconnects, streaming state, and auth issues. YouTube handling now includes an offline retry loop (polling) and clearer offline/ended behavior with system notifications.

UI/UX improvements: add right-click context menus to clear chat in ChannelHeader (per-channel and All) and add a Change Channel flow in ChatTabs (with UI and plumbing to disconnect/replace channels). Also update various README docs and settings text to match the rebrand and new behaviors.
