Initial release

The first release of Fe.PatchHelper, a command line utility to help recreate patch pages from your FreeEnterprise seeds. Make sure you also have a copy of Flips and the base FFII US 1.1 Rom (just like you need to generate an FE seed).

Below are four compiled versions of the application, two each for Windows and macOS. If you know that you do not have .NET 9 installed on your machine and do not want to install it, you want the self-contained zip file for your operating system. In that zip are two files, one is the executable, and the other is a .pdb file which just contains some debug symbols. Check out the repository's README for instructions on running the application.

One known bug/issue with the application is that there must not be any spaces in the paths used. So if you have a folder called FE ROMS, you'll want to temporarily rename it to FERoms or something. Hopefully I'll have a version 1.1 without that limitation coming soon.
