Source code to simulate and evaluate MC Pi estimations

This release contains the source code, Snakemake workflows and evaluation notebooks needed to reproduce the results presented in Effects of the entropy source on Monte Carlo simulations.

The release does not cover the parallel PRNG use, which can be found in the pi-estimation-pPRNG branch.
