Docs: e.g.o is not processing AI-assisted submissions (not a rejection)

Correct the README Install section and the spec §10 addendum: the
extensions.gnome.org reviewers are not currently processing
AI-assisted entries at all, however well written. They did not reject
hardbreak on its merits.

Fix GNOME review compliance and TypeScript tooling

Handle unlock-dialog transitions, own notification and sound cleanup, and simplify lifecycle teardown. Include licence notices and validate EGO display-version labels in release archives.

Make TypeScript projects discoverable to editors, use NodeNext for runtime imports, and add lifecycle and packaging regression coverage. Document the independent reviewer findings and use Bun 1.4.2 in CI and release workflows.

Install by copying dist/; stamp version-name from the git tag

A symlinked install meant every bun run build rewrote the running
extension's files under the live Shell (the schema rename broke prefs
mid-session that way). install:ext now stages a copy and swaps it in
atomically, refusing to touch a directory that is not ours; the devkit
installs the current dist/ itself. pack writes metadata.json's
version-name from git describe (the tag without its v, or a
describe string on untagged commits); the source metadata.json is
never hand-bumped.

Add a strict/soft switch; soft mode (default) offers Skip and Escape

Q1 revisited for publication: a strict setting, default off. Both
modes put up the same modal wall with every keybinding refused and the
same watchdog; soft mode adds a Skip button and treats Escape as a
press of it, strict mode is the original Hard behaviour. A skipped
break is spent (counters advance, next interval from the skip) and
never plays the end sound. Prefs gain an Enforcement group with the
switch; the first-run notice and README describe the current mode.
