A big rewrite and simplification of the BAPI Package.

Main differences:

  • calling the run method now requires named arguments (for consistency) - no more indexed arguments
  • removed all hooks, except "afterHandle(mixed $result)", which was renamed to "processResult(mixed $result)"
  • updated documentation
  • updated tests - all tests run fine (34 tests, 123 assertions)
