Refactored the Bapi classes, but they are still backwards compatible. No need to change anything after upgrade from v4.x.
Added InternalBapi class, for exclusively internal bapis.
Added the option to call normal bapis internally using "call()"

Added tests and updated the documentation.
Added Pest for testing, so now the tests are mixed - todo: move all tests to Pest.
