SIA v1.7.1 — the memory graph gets its whole sky

SIA’s cockpit graph now holds the cortex at the center and gives semantic branches deterministic room across the whole canvas. Replay truly reseeds memories beside their organs and grows them outward by time, while collision-aware labels stop words from piling over one another. This release also namespaces Qt Quick controls so the cockpit survives a clean Omarchy shell restart.

Verified locally with the complete 862-test suite, QML lint, a clean-shell live install, and visible start/midpoint/completion replay captures. GitHub CI and the pinned real-gbrain contract both pass.
