Fixes incorrect 0% remaining Codex usage when the usage endpoint requires an explicit account identifier.

Changes

  • Send ChatGPT-Account-Id from the current authenticated session alongside the access token.
  • Reject sessions without a valid account ID instead of fetching an unscoped usage limit.
  • Add regression checks for authentication headers, account changes, and invalid session data.

Validation

  • Final release commit built successfully for macOS in Release configuration with code signing disabled.
  • All 33 presentation and session checks passed against the final release commit.
  • Before release versioning, the fix was verified against a live account: the fetched remaining usage matched Codex.

Installation

This release provides source code. Build with Xcode using the README instructions. No prebuilt or notarized installer is included.
