KISS My Agent v0.2.9

PawCerto development exposed ambiguous ownership wording and inconsistent Skill triggers. v0.2.9 aligns the existing guidance and bilingual documentation, assigns delegated deliverables through execution, observation and routine recovery, and clarifies that work with ready dependencies should proceed while other results are pending. It adds no roles, runtime mechanisms or mandatory workflow.

Validation:

• Exact candidate 4850229d308bfefb20513f89a04c7c8941c2a4b1: complete deterministic suite (45 tests and 16-page documentation build), six native OS/Python CI combinations and Pages build passed. PR #29 merged as c2aa4ae1d18482c25b3a6e46c008aaa36a8fb243 with identical tree.
• Public v0.2.9 ZIP downloaded and fully decoded; manifest and changed guidance verified. English and Chinese Pages returned HTTP 200 and displayed v0.2.9.
• An isolated Git marketplace install of v0.2.8 upgraded to installed/enabled v0.2.9. A new, regular authenticated Codex CLI 0.153.4 session in an isolated trusted project discovered and read both Plugin Skills from the v0.2.9 cache, exiting successfully. The temporary-home PATH alias warning did not prevent installation or discovery.

Existing unchanged setup/role evidence and bounded real-task observations were reused, not rerun. Useful review and report-writing cases coexist with earlier application failures; this release does not establish sustained scheduling reliability or measured productivity gains. PawCerto behavior acceptance remains independent.

KISS My Agent v0.2.8

Changes

KISS My Agent v0.2.8 publishes the PawWeaver dogfood improvements merged in #25:

• Keep unfinished user goals and stop boundaries intact across delegated work and continuations.
• Reuse loaded KMA guidance and valid evidence, and choose useful delegation across a complete deliverable without blocking authorized direct work.
• Preserve the real consumer constraints of component diagnostics and select the next experiment from observed behavior.
• Preserve exact original v0.2.7 role snapshots for removal compatibility. Existing user-owned roles are not migrated or overwritten.
• Accept local development build metadata while keeping public marketplace references tied to immutable base release tags.

Validation and distribution

Release commit: f51716eae9b1b0d1f7ff9a926645bcd3ede87ff5 (release PR #27, tracking #26).

• Complete deterministic suite: 45 tests and a 16-page isolated documentation build passed.
• Release PR CI: all six native Ubuntu/macOS/Windows jobs on Python 3.11/3.12 passed. Merged-commit and tag checks also passed.
• Public ZIP and TAR archives each match all 82 tagged files exactly.
• An isolated install from the public Git marketplace succeeded with v0.2.8 enabled and all 82 installed files matching the tag.
• The local installation was updated from the development build to exact v0.2.8; a fresh Codex CLI 0.153.4 session discovered and read both Skills from the v0.2.8 cache.

Compatibility and limits

v0.2.7 and all earlier tags remain unchanged. Existing setup/configuration ownership and historical removal compatibility are preserved. This release reuses the bounded behavior evidence from #25; it does not establish general behavioral reliability, quantified efficiency improvements, or successful robot learning. Fresh CLI discovery is not a new desktop lifecycle or full setup/upgrade matrix test.

KISS My Agent v0.2.7

KISS My Agent v0.2.7 基于 v0.2.6 做增量适配：保留原有核心规则、案例和保护机制，更新 Astra 默认配置，并局部修复委派规则中的矛盾。

变化

• Setup 为缺失 Master 字段补入 gpt-6-astra / high；新建角色 seeds 使用 gpt-6-astra / medium。
• 默认补入 features.context_management.experimental_mode = true；用户显式关闭仍保留，check 单独报告上下文状态。
• 统一强制委派的表述；主代理继续负责决策、编排和验收。
• 保留用户配置与已有角色的所有权，仅精确完整的受管 Sol/max pair 更新为 Astra/high；已删除角色不自动恢复。
• Remove 支持精确匹配 v0.2.6 旧角色，同时保留用户修改、上下文子表和非受管内容。

已安装用户

更新插件 → 在原 project/global scope 运行 setup → 通过现有 configure 显式迁移选定角色 → 新建可信 Astra 任务并验证加载。

已有角色不会自动切换模型。选择迁移三个项目角色时使用：

验证范围

复用同一实现此前获得的验证证据：42 项测试、16 页隔离站点构建、Skill/Plugin 静态校验通过；隔离 Codex CLI 0.153.2 的 fresh setup、三角色有界 Smoke，以及升级 fixture 的 check、重复 setup 和 remove 通过独立断言。宿主 rollout 确认 Master Astra/high、三个子代理 Astra/medium；实验上下文只获得配置加载证据。

发布提交为 12db499b58b6ac4929ad42af8366622bdeec7bd3。该提交的 Validate、Pages build/deploy 和 tag Validate 均通过。公开 ZIP/TAR 与全部 79 个受版本控制文件逐字节相符；隔离公开 Git marketplace 安装、新 CLI 会话 discovery 和现有插件定向升级为 enabled v0.2.7 均通过。

Ubuntu 桌面 Host 0.153.4 重启后的新任务加载两个 v0.2.7 Skills；独立项目 setup 保留旧角色，configure 只为选定角色增加 Astra 模型。新桌面有界协作任务完成 explorer、coder、reviewer 的委派与主代理验收，Host 记录确认 Master Astra/high 和三个子代理 Astra/medium。用户日常全局配置、AGENTS 和角色保持不变。

证据限制

实验上下文获得静态 true、Host 注入的上下文管理 guidance 和 get_context_remaining 工具证据；Host 未直接暴露 experimental_mode 的有效布尔值，未测试跨窗口或长上下文行为。上述有界任务不证明通用可靠性或 sandbox enforcement。首次桌面新任务持有旧 Skill catalog，客户端完整重启后解除；setup 中一次 server_overloaded 在同一 Astra 模型重试后成功，保留为 Host 环境失败，未据此修改产品或 tag。

KISS My Agent v0.2.6

Outcome

KISS no longer pins the Master model or reasoning effort. The Host or conversation chooses them. The three starter roles have no KISS role-level model pin and use medium effort.

Migration

Setup automatically removes only the exact legacy pair where both gpt-5.6-sol and max lines carry the exact KISS managed marker. Existing roles remain user-owned and are never migrated automatically. To remove KISS role-level model pins and set medium effort in all three existing roles, use:

Compatibility

Explicit remove still recognizes unchanged v0.2.5 and v0.1 role seeds. Modified roles remain preserved.

Evidence

• Tag Validate run 34011252597: all six platform/Python jobs passed.
• Main Pages run 34011174208: build and deploy passed.
• A public fresh CLI process recorded the Parent as Astra / high and exactly one kiss_explorer child as Astra / medium.

Limitations

A long-running Desktop process may still hold the Skill catalog loaded before the Plugin upgrade. If a new task still shows an old cache path, fully quit and reopen Codex, then create another fresh task. Public v0.2.6 discovery was confirmed in a fresh CLI process; this catalog lifetime is not classified as a KISS product failure.

Existing roles are not migrated automatically. This release did not run global setup, the complete three-role behavior matrix, or a Host-version matrix.

KISS My Agent v0.2.5

KISS My Agent v0.2.5 makes Setup honor the Codex Host project-over-global role precedence.

• Setup, check, and remove now validate only the selected exact KISS role targets instead of rejecting an otherwise Host-valid opposite or unrelated role catalog.
• Configure parses only the roles the user selects and re-reads each file immediately before writing, preserving concurrent-change and rollback safeguards.
• Existing roles remain user-owned. Default models and reasoning efforts, enable switches, and update semantics are unchanged.

Focused candidate, PR, main, tag, public marketplace upgrade, and fresh-session discovery evidence all passed. Validation was intentionally bounded; no expanded role, Host-version, or failure matrix was added.

KISS My Agent v0.2.4

v0.2.4 is the supported KISS My Agent 0.2 release. It packages KISS My Agent as a Codex Plugin with clearer onboarding and dedicated setup and configuration Skills.

Highlights

• The Master defaults to gpt-5.6-sol with max reasoning. The three editable starter roles use gpt-5.6-sol with high, high, and xhigh reasoning for explorer, coder, and reviewer respectively.
• Multi-instance, flat orchestration remains the default collaboration model.
• Users do not need Python or Node.js at runtime; Codex and Git are required.

Setup and update behavior

• A fresh setup creates any missing starter roles.
• Any existing role is user-owned: updates do not overwrite or migrate it.
• A starter role intentionally deleted after setup is not recreated.
• An outdated v0.1 managed block is refreshed. If both Master model keys are missing, setup adds the sol / max pair together.

Dogfooding and release discipline

• Dogfooding guidance now reduces command and harness execution surface.
• Release candidates are finalized before tagging; after a tag, validation is limited to public-only checks.

Hosts using the default unpinned marketplace may refresh automatically. Use the documented explicit upgrade flow when an immediate refresh is needed.

Evidence

PR, main, and tag CI are green. Public checks passed for fresh setup with a real kiss_explorer, intentional role absence, v0.1 preservation with Master-pair completion, pinned rollback, and restoration to the current release.

The v0.2.0 through v0.2.3 tags were unpublished candidates and have no GitHub Release. v0.2.4 is the supported 0.2 release.

KISS My Agent v0.1.0

KISS My Agent v0.1.0 is the first public release of the Codex-first research-engineering plugin.

Evidence boundaries

KISS My Agent is early-stage and Codex-first. Static validation, setup check, live Skill discovery, and one role Smoke prove different surfaces. This release does not claim future model compliance, cross-Host compatibility, general research validity, or permissions beyond the active Host and environment.
