v1.1 Release Build

• For those who want to, this should now work properly when booted on DS/DS Lite. (DLDI patching will be required)
• DS Firmware can now partially boot slot-1. Cart's arm9 will run, but arm7 is still off in lala land somewhere. Not sure why yet.
