Added ability to toggle screen backlights independently.

• D-Pad Up toggles top screen, D-Pad Down toggles bottom scree. A button can still toggle both at the same time.

Simple program for testing colors or to try and wake weak pixels up. (fix yellowing screens by displaying blue screens for several days for example)

Button actions are as follows:

A Button: Toggle backlights. (Use to extend battery life and/or reduce wear on backlights)
B Button: Exit Program.
Start/Select: Strobe screens. May help to remove stuck pixels if any are present.
D-Pad: Cycle to a different primary color. Red, Green, Blue, White, and Black (no pixels active at all)

Note sleep mode is specifically disabled in this app. It is normal to see the screens remain on while the DS/DSi is closed. If you wish to turn off the backlights, use the A button before closing it. ;)
