4.0 RUNNING A TEST SUITE

4.1 Running the TAF in Ruby Native

Having created the Test Specifications and defined the Test Suite you are now in a position to run the program to test if the specifications work.

In the command line, navigate to your user workspace. From there type: taf --tests <test folder> --browser <browser name>

The program should start running and print messages to the console window to show progress. If successful, you will see an ‘Overall Test Summary’ message and no errors You should also see the browser page opening and web pages being displayed, hopefully as expected.
