New

  • APEX_FRAMEWORK_NO_YAML CMake option builds Apex.framework without libyaml for app embedding (YAML array support is unavailable in that build)

Improved

  • Apex.framework now links cmark-gfm statically so embedded frameworks do not depend on libcmark-gfm dylib paths from the build tree

Fixed

  • ++insert++ syntax no longer converts ++ runs inside HTML tag attributes, so base64 data: URIs in inline images (e.g. from Bear) are no longer corrupted with tags
  • Relaxed tables no longer treat pipes inside [[wiki|label]] links as cell separators, so consecutive list items or lines with labelled wiki links no longer become a table with an injected ---|---| separator row
  • markdown="1" blocks now apply enabled GFM extensions (pipe tables, task lists, strikethrough, extended autolinks), including in nested blocks such as Obsidian callouts
