• Callout title escaping: plain-text titles are now HTML-escaped and are no longer truncated at 1KB

• Relaxed tables in blockquotes: GFM pipe tables inside > blockquotes (including nested callouts) no longer get an unprefixed separator row injected, which split the table out of the blockquote and rendered it as pipe and dash text
• Task lists in blockquotes: > - [ ] item and > - [x] item, including task lists in callout bodies, now render checkboxes instead of literal [ ] text
• Callout titles with inline markup: titles like > [!info]+ **Bold**, emoji plus bold, code, links, and emphasis now render inside <summary> or .callout-title instead of falling back to the type name and leaving the markup in the body
• Nested callouts: > > [!TYPE] callouts inside another callout are now converted instead of rendering literal [!TYPE] text
• Callout body spacing: callout bodies no longer start with a stray line break, and a marker-only first line no longer leaves an empty paragraph
• Config metadata in GFM/CommonMark output: with a global or project config.yml (or --meta-file), -m gfm and -m commonmark no longer render the merged metadata as a horizontal rule and heading at the top of the document
• Release builds missing parser fixes: release binaries, Homebrew, SwiftPM, apex-node, and other builds from a clean checkout now include Apex's cmark-gfm patches (pipes in table code spans, escaped << in table cells, autolink fixes for @ in HTML tags and @2x image names, lists and definition lines interrupting paragraphs, and images not lazy-continuing blockquotes)
