Fixed

  • Reference definition URL encoding no longer rewrites inline code spans; text like [id]: url inside backticks renders as written instead of being percent-encoded to the end of the line
  • Fenced code blocks are copied through the link and image preprocessor untouched, so definition-shaped lines and image syntax inside fences are no longer encoded
  • Mid-paragraph [label]: text is left as plain text; only a label opening its line (up to three spaces of indent) is treated as a reference definition
  • Reference-style image expansion no longer expands ![alt][ref] written inside code spans
  • Reference definitions inside blockquotes (> [id]: url) now resolve; the bare-URL autolinker no longer wraps the definition URL in [url](url), which produced hrefs like %5Bhttps://...%5D(...)
