Fixed

  • Header row colspans (| Wide | << | C | or | Wide || C |) no longer delete the spanning cell and every header cell before it; the header now renders <th colspan="2">Wide</th>
  • Table cells containing << or ^^ as text (like a << b) are no longer dropped; only cells holding nothing but a span marker are removed
