Fixed

  • Buffered definition-list term text before a fenced code block is no longer discarded when the preprocessor closes the list for the fence
  • Images and reference link definitions immediately after a blockquote line without a blank line are no longer swallowed into the blockquote by CommonMark lazy continuation
  • Reference-style images like ![][id] following a blockquote render outside the blockquote with the reference resolved correctly
