Make Home answer “what should I do next?” for both a new project and an established factory.

Scope

• Replace the destination-tile landing page with state-driven status and next actions.
• Fresh projects: guide data sync, first block creation, and the first Factory review.
• Existing projects: surface the most actionable deficit, block health, machine shortfall, data drift, and live-link state.
• Keep actions compact and link to the owning workflow rather than duplicating controls.
• Preserve loading, error, empty, phone, tablet, and desktop states.
• Update user documentation and E2E coverage.
