Ships the public-directory release slice: liquid-light semantic pools, adaptive label budgets, exact note/heading/block navigation, typed Primary/Context/Archive disclosure, real memory-region receipts, term-level provider provenance, dense AI JSONL/compact outputs, privacy fail-closed boundaries, and release automation.
Verification: 36/36 tests; public/release boundary scans; clean production build; live Obsidian visual QA; exact connection-title navigation opened the intended Markdown note. User settings were preserved outside this PR.
