Add Insert Battery page for PLT-1B

What does this implement/fix?

Adds a step-by-step Insert Battery page for the PLT-1B, mirroring the TEMP-1B equivalent. The PLT-1B's stake-style case + 18650 cell follow a different procedure than the TEMP-1B's pry-lid + 16340 cell, so this page documents:

1. Pop the lid by pressing the case above the stake.
2. Push the stake down and lift the PCB out the bottom.
3. Flip and verify the case + is on the left and - is on the right.
4. Confirm the top of the battery (positive end) goes on the left.
5. Hold the PCB and press the - side in first, then the + side.
6. Lay the PCB flat back in the case.
7. Align the top-left notch and press the lid until it snaps.

The intro callout points at the recommended Samsung 30Q 18650 3000mAh cell. Per-step gifs (/assets/plt-1b-battery-insert-step-1.gif through step-7.gif) will be uploaded in a follow-up.

Nav entries added under PLT-1B > Additional Info on both the main and Homey sides, in the same slot as TEMP-1B's Insert Battery entry. The Homey page is a snippet wrapper around the main page so both sidebars render correctly without duplicating content.
