rollback of the changes I made to make demos having issue running because I noticed that moving the mouse while the demo run make them freeze. Dunno maybe it through and IRQ...Need some more analysis on that matter.
Since I update my Ubuntu Mate to 26.04 I wasn't able to build ApolloOS / Rom so I corrected and improved the Dockerfile and docker.sh to be able to build using Docker.
Rem : delay in Disable() could be removed but will see another day.
