v1.1.1 Feeding Update

Changes

• Changed feednode and feedpack to use a invisible item (medblocks:feeding) to prevent a graphical effect of "crumbs" every time either a feednode or feedpack feeds the player.
• Improved medblocks:feeding to not be access-able via creative and if given it can be eaten to restore 1 hunger and can be used as fuel for 1 second. (Thus providing the item a way to be destroyed as it is just used to bypass the graphical effect of eating)
