Adds batch-summary: one self-contained scoreboard page across a directory of runs (per-document before/after PDF/UA-1, deterministic text recall, independent-verification counts, honest totals with refusals counted). Attached scoreboard.html is the current developer-conducted arm over the repository's committed evidence runs: 5 runs, 1,733/1,733 verification items attested, 0 open discrepancies across the verified runs. As always: no output of this workflow is a compliance determination; a person owns that call, and every page says so.
