Website Skills MCP For agents

The AI agent-native multi-channel ecommerce management platform

Design with AI, build products, list across every sales channel, take orders, and fulfill them.
All of it drivable by an AI agent, or by you.

This is where we build in the open. The knowledge that makes an agent good at running a real store, the tools that wrap the platform, and the integrations that connect it to the channels merchants already sell on all live here for anyone to use, read, and improve.

New here? Start at apparelhub.ai/agents to point your agent at the platform in about three minutes.

The vision: commerce that runs itself, and gets better on its own

We're building toward a fully agentic, fully managed commerce loop. Not a pile of disconnected tools an operator stitches together by hand, but one continuous pipeline an agent can run end to end, then close on itself.

Stage What happens
Design An AI model generates the artwork, and the platform enforces the rules that make it printable (transparency, thread palettes, placement, resolution).
Build The design becomes real products on real garments, with variants, mockups, and margin-safe pricing.
List Products sync to the channels the merchant already uses (Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, and more on the way).
Sell Orders arrive from every channel and land in one place, with payment and inventory kept in sync.
Fulfill Orders route to the right production partner, get made, ship, and report tracking back to the buyer.
Learn Every result the business produces becomes a signal.

The last step is the whole point. What sells and what sits, what converts and what gets returned, where margins are thin, which fulfillment paths cause issues: all of it flows back to the front of the pipeline and shapes the next design. The store stops being a static catalog someone maintains by hand and becomes a system that watches its own results and creates its next move from them.

We don't think the moat here is any single model or API. It's the accumulated, hard-won knowledge of how to do each step correctly. So we're putting that knowledge into open, portable packages that any agent can pick up.

What lives in this organization

Repository Language What it is
apparelhub-skills Python A portable knowledge package for AI agents that drive ApparelHub. The full product pipeline, the field-name gotchas, the design and transparency rules, the embroidery palette, the pricing floors, plus worked examples. Host-neutral, so it works with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or any agent that can make an HTTP request.
apparelhub-mcp TypeScript Workflow-level MCP tools that let an agent run a store end to end. One ship_product call resolves variants, generates and waits for a mockup, creates the product correctly, adds every variant, and syncs to fulfillment and channels in the right order. The scar tissue lives in the code, not in your agent's context.
apparelhub-recipes Markdown Ready-to-run operating blueprints you drop into your AI agent's runtime to run a whole store pattern end to end: a charter the agent follows, a memory model it keeps across runs, and the prompts to start it. Self-configuring against your account, with money and go-live gates on by default. Ships an autonomous storefront, a desired-state restocker, a seasonal collection builder, a safe analytics optimizer, and an agency multi-brand runner.
apparelhub-woocommerce-plugin PHP Live shipping rates at checkout for stores that sell ApparelHub products through WooCommerce, with a safe fallback so checkout never breaks.

Contribute

We want the open-source community building this with us. The pipeline gets smarter every time someone teaches it a new garment, a cleaner workflow, or a sharper rule, and everyone who runs an agent on the platform gets that improvement for free.

Best places to start:

  • apparelhub-skills is the fastest way to make an impact. Add a worked example for a garment we don't cover yet, sharpen a playbook, fix a rule that tripped your agent, or document a gotcha you hit in production. Most contributions here are Markdown, so you don't need to ship code to move the needle.
  • apparelhub-mcp is where you extend what an agent can do in a single call. Add or improve a workflow tool, tighten a guardrail, or widen coverage of the platform surface. The tool contract is versioned, so improvements land without breaking anyone downstream.
  • apparelhub-woocommerce-plugin is open to fixes and feature work for merchants selling through WooCommerce.

Good first contributions

  • Teach the skills a garment, technique, or channel quirk it doesn't know yet.
  • Turn a bug you hit into a documented rule or an example that stops the next person from hitting it.
  • Propose a new MCP tool for a workflow you keep doing by hand.
  • Improve docs, examples, or onboarding so the next builder starts faster.
