No functional changes. This release exists solely to verify that
.github/workflows/release.yml's tag-triggered npm Trusted Publishing
(OIDC) flow actually works end-to-end now that the GitHub Actions
trusted publisher has been configured on the npmjs.com package
settings page (0.1.0 was published manually to bootstrap the package,
since Trusted Publisher configuration requires the package to already
exist).
