uninstall tracking not working

AppsFlyer SDK version 6.4.1

What did you do?

According to uninstall-measurement-ios:

1. I have upload .p12 certificate to appsflyer

2. register for remoteNotification , and register uninstall with deviceToken

3. In My Projoect:
   

4. On Appsflyer dashboard:
   

What did you expect to happen?

It looks like I've done everything on the documentation listed, but no uninstalls on my dashboard

Please provide any other relevant information.

Same to this issue, I get a deviceToken, but I can't get the log like this:
