Startup performance
Fork startup comparable to stock Temurin 25 (227ms vs 242ms average).
CDS archive mapped successfully despite 21 extra modules. Agent premain
adds ~50-65ms.
CI improvements
Streamlined from 12 jobs to 2 (ubuntu+windows test + full fork build
on linux with smoke test).
