• add a sonnet task-reviewer for plan-loop per-task reviews and scoped re-reviews, and drop "when in doubt, opus" from the implementer escalation rule (#58). It shipped inside the a3cf7f5 squash because #58 was merged into #57's branch first, so the version stayed a patch bump.
