VPN now connects. The tunnel engine (libhev-socks5-tunnel.so) crashed the VPN service on every connect attempt — the app got stuck on 'connecting' and configs never worked. Fully fixed.

Auto-scroll toggle button in the top bar — turn automatic scroll-to-best-server on/off with one tap.
Auto-scroll now waits until you stop scrolling and glides smoothly instead of snapping; the list no longer jumps around while pinging (sorting happens once when the test round finishes).
Floating bottom bar — the connect pill now floats over the server list with a transparent background behind it.
