ArasClient v1.3.3 — Global sort, subscription info & announcements

🐛 Bug fix

• All tab now sorts globally: after a ping/speed test, the fastest config from ANY subscription rises to the top — no more sorting subscription-by-subscription

✨ New

• Subscription traffic & expiry (v2Box-style): reads subscription-userinfo from the subscription link and shows a clean bar above the configs — used/total with a progress bar + time remaining
• Subscription announcements: reads announce / profile-title headers (incl. base64-encoded panel values) and shows an announcement banner with the creator message; hidden automatically when the subscription has none. Both have toggles in Subscription settings
• Open .arasc files directly: tapping a .arasc file in your file manager now offers ArasClient and imports it (password prompt if protected)
• More subscription options: manual Announcement and Creator message fields in the subscription editor
• Protected configs hardened (NPV-style): imported protected configs hide the server address, share and edit buttons — only connect, ping and delete remain
