Re-lands the changeset for the init v2 config generation (#18) and zone detection (#19) changes. The original changeset commit was orphaned: #23 was merged at the e2e commit, before the changeset commit landed on the branch, so it never reached
mainand the open Version Packages PR (#24) does not reference these changes.@sentiness/corepatch — deduped against the already-pending major from the v2 spine changeset, so it changes no version; it only adds the CHANGELOG entry for the init v2 + zones work.After merge, the changesets action regenerates #24 with the completed core CHANGELOG. Then merging #24 publishes v2.
