The DS-003-based constructed antibiotic-shortage case encodes selected source-grounded abstractions. A separate synthetic scenario supplies Trigger/Event/Consequence, control and reassessment nodes for regression testing. Synthetic events are not observed DS-003 occurrences. Product/INN/manufacturer/ATC identity remains with external terminology owners where appropriate. DS-004 file-level robustness is blocked; DS-002/FAERS is an unopened cross-domain stress candidate rather than a shortage holdout.
