Changes:

• Fix Taterwebz browsers loading every page twice. This means that sites like https://classic.minecraft.net/ now work!

Technical:

• Fix loading nonexistant JOGL natives
• Downgrade slf4j and upgrade xz
• Replace LinuxJVMEnvironment with our own impl based on JNA
• Remove Pandomium's library injection, as it doesn't work on Java 9+
• Add libprojectinception.so to fix CEF resource locating on Linux. It should work on any Linux distro that supports LD_PRELOAD_PATH and /usr/bin/env.
• Warn about possible incompatibility with pre-packaged Ubuntu OpenJDKs
• Fix Gunpowder incompatability
• Add proper logging for the Taterwebz child instance
