• Match metadata requests to api.deadlock-api.com use the certifi CA bundle when available to avoid CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED error on /submit_match

Note: This is being done in an attempt to fix some certification issues on Linux builds. For most other purposes, please download the latest stable release instead.
