Highlights

• A paired device's running sessions now attach to their server, so arterm device sessions and the session picker show real counts instead of an orphaned pile

Fixes

• The server registry's per-server session list is written as clients attach, follow resume and /clear, and is dropped on disconnect
• A server re-registering (reload race) no longer wipes the session ownership it had recorded
• /session and /sessions no longer appear twice in the command palette
